James is a man with great integrity, intelligence, and indisputable devotion to God, family, and the value of leadership development. People like him who seek their dreams in serving others are of great value to our nation. — Suzanne, Edmond

I will vote for you James. I watched your video on healthcare and I agree with you. One thing that I always have a question about is Tort Reform. I believe that a lot of the increase in insurance premiums comes from outrageous lawsuits against doctors. Many of the suits should never be granted, but sueing for millions of dollars can become rediculous. In fact a whole lot of law suits are rediculous. Lawyers and judges just keep granting in favor of the pursueing the suit. Do you have any ideas about this? I would like to hear what you have to say.
Most of the real Tort reform should happen in the states. In the past several years, Gov. Henry has blocked most of the tort reform in OK. One of the issues is that we consistently send Lawyers to Congress and they continue to create laws that protect attorneys. We really need fresh voices.
James, I just saw a political ad from your opponent. He does not seem to believe that the quality of work you have been doing through Falls Creek qualifies you for Congress. Personally, I feel that the lives and faith of our children in Oklahoma are of the utmost priority in our state. Mentoring our next generation is the most noble of all professions. God’s speed and our support stand with you because we believe in you!
